I know I said no more food porn, but it was my boy's birthday celebration tonight. And, since he'll be in NYC with his lady love on the actual day, I made a memorable steak dinner with these delicious molten lava cakes (thanks, Paula Deen) for dessert. They were freaking amazing...and with only a half-cup of flour for the whole recipe (6 cakes) not a huge gluten offender, either. Whoa. Chocolate blissfulness! Paula, you may or may not be a racist - and who am I to judge? - but you sure can bake.
