Let the kitchen clash begin!

This is picture from an engagement party my husband and I recently attended.  The couple provided an assortment of props and cartoon-y signage for their guests to use in a makeshift photo booth.  It was a fun little ice-breaker.  But upon viewing the souvenir shot, it dawned on me how apropos our pose was, given that we're preparing to live without a kitchen for at least three months.  Foreshadowing, perhaps?
