With one more day of treatment to go, this is about as bad as it's looked, so far. Surprisingly, it hurts very little now. The skin is tight and the cream stings a little going on but, all in all, not tragic.
And now that my bangs are getting longer, camouflage is even easier to achieve. I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!

Cathy, You've done so well with your efudex treatment. My husband went through this a couple of years ago and the outcome of the smooth skin is amazing. Another plus is your new hairstyle--very flattering!
Ouchy!!! Congrats on getting through this ordeal with your humor and dignity in tact!
Hi Just came across your blog by accident, how is the treatment done finally, all red spots faded?
Hope everything went well and agree you looked great with this hairdo.
I just happened across your blog... I went through a month on my whole face and forehead last fall... some pinkiness remains but I'm so jealous that you had bangs to camoflage your forehead!
Glad you're feeling better. My Doc told me it wouldn't be as bad as some of the photos I'd seen. He was wrong ;-)

Thank you, Cathy, for your wonderful diary. I always enjoy your stories. I was looking especially for this, your Efudex treatments. It has taken me some time to scroll through three years to get to all of them. As you know, I am also going through the treatment, just finishing day five. I really appreciate your candor. The voice of experience is always insightful. From recent photos of you it appears that your skin does indeed look as perfect as a baby's butt. I am happy for you.
