Smoothie zing!

This morning, I added a new ingredient to my traditional Greek yogurt and frozen blueberry smoothie recipe - sugar-free black cherry syrup! Mmm. I still threw in some cinnamon (lowers blood sugar), lemon-infused balsamic vinegar, Chia seeds and a scoop of vanilla protein powder, but the syrup replaced the Stevia nicely....and with no sugar substitute after-taste. Keeper!

LOVE Torani or Davinci s-f syrups. Davinci Gingerbread is to die for and Torani Salted Carmel is yummy.
