We enjoyed dinner at The Winding Stair near the river. It has an old bookstore below it. Make a reservation. We skipped the Guinness brewery. One day, we took a train to the small town of Kilkenney for the day. Wish we had saved some time to visit the coast. It's a wonderful, welcoming city.
