Last year, on the morning of our 30th, my spouse presented me with a strand of pearls, the traditional 30-year anniversary gift.
This morning, one year later, he hung my cabinets and the moon. Who knows? Maybe cabinetry is the traditional 31st-year anniversary gift and he's simply following tradition. Either way, I couldn't be more ecstatic. 'Think I'll throw on my pearls and do the happy-happy joy-joy dance....
