Hey, Hays.

I-70 westbound to soapstone nirvana, aka Denver.
Three-and-a-half hours later, our first round in Hays at Gellas Diner and Brewery.  Excellent Oatmeal Stout!
Briefly considered this style of pendant lighting above new kitchen sink, but quickly dismissed it as folly.  Blamed the beer.
Shared exquisite "Brewben" sandwich with locally raised corned beef and sweet potato fries. Hey, hey, hey!
At spouse's insistence, crossed street to this establishment for nightcap. Suffice it to say, the sign was the sole highpoint.
