Back in the saddle again, sort of.
After two months and a fair bit of negotiation (not to mention, soul-searching, on my part) my column returned to the newspaper today. It will appear bimonthly, providing me with the creative/therapeutic outlet I've enjoyed for five years, as well as a little freelance income. It's all good.

Ahh, sorry, i remembered the link just after I wrote the note! We are worrying about making our connection in New Jersey for Rome. Major snow for New York metro Tuesday and Wednesday. The perils of winter travel! My son has no time to spare for trip delays as he is squeezing this trip in before grad school resumes for the spring semester. Fingers crossed. Hope the snow day goes well!
Safe travels. It's hard to give up control to the weather when you're traveling, but we've had some of our best times when we did. (Except for the time we had to drive home from Chicago in the snow...wearing shorts and flip-flops.)
Yay! So great to read another wonderful column by the one, the only BG. Two more years till I get me some senior discounts. So much to look forward to...
Just went to your column that you linked, love it! I used to read Erma Bombeck and dream of being like her. But I'm not as funny even tho I did manage to write a bi-monthly column for my local church page for 10 years. Loved it, but they would accept anything so, whatever!
