Absolutely! Great reminder.
This is a great motto. I'm going to subsitute "eat" what makes me happy, and watch the scale rise, accordingly. Chocolate, anyone?
Doing the things that makes you happy makes for a much better life. We all have to do things that aren't pleasant but free time is just that. Use it for fun, family and pleasantries.
