Best wishes and ba-bye!!
Living in a college town is great, except two weekends per year: Residence hall move-in and graduation, this being the latter. The problem isn't the students wildly partying; we're used to that. The problem is the parents who appear to be so lost driving around town, you wonder if they visited their now-educated progeny even once during the last four years!! Congrats to all the grads and, please, don't let Mom or Dad be the designated driver.

LOL, we live in Austin, TX. Need I say more?

We had the Austin house for two years before starting the reno. We would go back and forth between. Will be spending more time in Austin once it's done. Austin is all about UT, music and state government.
Thanks Cathy... this is one non-traditional boomer girl who can proudly state she graduated from KU today with my Bachelors in Science Education!!!! Next stop - my Masters in Special Education! Oh - and don't worry... I knew my way around town today :)
Excellent, Laurie! Kudos to you and have a great walk down the hill tomorrow. Fingers crossed for good weather.....
