I've got a date with the Activator
Tomorrow morning, I'm going to let a chiropractor I've never met adjust my spine - which is all out of whack due to my ever-annoying and painful groin pull - with a miniature pogo stick called an activator. I'd never heard of such a thing until not one - but three - people I know said they've gotten great results with it. With 12 days and counting until the big trans-Atlantic flight, I'm going for it.

Yikes. Stay strong, BG. Or weep. Either way, you'll get through it.
I know, right? Weeping will be an option.
Hi. I'm brand new to your blog. Or any blog, for that matter. You're my first. I have one of these gizmos. I bought it on an infomercial back in around 1997.
Didn't know it was used professionally. Ask who makes it and maybe you can have one of your own, too. I think it works...minimally. Maybe this chiro's got a souped up one. Wish you well. VERY nice blog. Bowing.
Ziggy,
I'm honored to be your first. Thank you.(But, the bowing must stop, asap.) An infomercial? Really? Wonder if it's like the Suzanne Somers' "FaceMaster" I once bought in a weak late-night infomercial moment. I think the reasons I feel better are time, gentle exercise and mega doses of ibuprofen, not the gizmo. Didn't really "feel it."
Welcome to BoomerGirl,Zigs. Hope to see you again!
Cathy
