For every dieter, inspiration...even canine

Lucy the cocker spaniel returned home from her annual check-up with an overall clean bill of health, except for one thing: She's at least five pounds overweight. (Family curse, I'm afraid.) So, I did what any loving, supportive mother would do. I posted an "inspiration photo" of a super model on the refrigerator - at eye level, so she can see it - along with a favorite motivational slogan from my daughter's high school softball coach.
