Dear Environment,
I have tried to be your good steward most of my adult life. Regrettably, due to circumstances beyond my control (no kitchen sink or dishwasher), I must gently abuse you for the next few months by adding hundreds more disposable plates to the landfill. Rest assured, it won't last forever. And, in the end, my carbon footprint will be much smaller, thanks to new energy-efficient appliances, tank-less water heater, thermopane windows and skylight.
'Just thought you should know.
Guiltily yours,
BoomerGirl
