On the first Sunday my column does not appear in the newspaper, I'm digging up one of the early ones, just for my loyal blog readers. I have many favorites from back then and this one - about the conversational chaos of dining out with girlfriends - is among them. It's timely, too, since I have a night out with the girls planned later this week.
