Lentil burger, anyone?

Here's the latest installment of my Recipe on Request column.  I order this once in a while and it is, truly, one of the best veggie burgers in town.  Will I be whipping one up in the new kitchen? Maybe. But, not before several baking sheets full of roasted root vegetables.
