"Let me have my vodka...and don't touch my hormones."

The PR people on this film just sent me a press release. "Oh, no. Not another menopause movie!" I thought. But, viewing the trailer, I have to say it looks promising. Maybe not quite as intriguing as "Inception," but better than "Eat, Pray, Love." (Sorry. I just succumbed to my inner bitch. I've been out of estrogen for over a week.)

Why must you be an "eat pray love" hater? Tell. Me. Why?! Out here, we've got "Menpause: The Musical." That's nothing to sing about, in my opinion.

Carol, I'm afraid I'm in the camp who thinks the book (and I HAVE read much of it) is self-indulgent, altho' I admit it may be coming from a place of envy. I saw "Menopause, the Musical" in Boston. Dragged the hubs and daughter to it. They've never forgiven me.

I got my ticket for "epl" for friday. I can't wait! What's wrong with self-indulgence? Just call me: Short Self-Indulgent Jewish Gal.
