It's official. I am now an initiated member of the so-called sandwich generation. My Saturday includes a visit to my mother-in-law's room at the nursing facility up the street, helping my live-in daughter with resumes and cover letters, and hosting my adult son, whose apartment is under siege by a flea infestation.
So, what am I having for lunch? You guessed it.
